About Me
I graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science in 2016. For most of that degree I thought I was going to drop out and become an accountant.
If I knew then what I know now about what the world of Strength & Conditioning could be, I think that time could’ve been a little more enjoyable.
In working with semi-pro & pro sports teams, powerlifters, in rehab populations, with people just looking to shed those extra kilos and people looking to just do the lot, I’ve learnt that training can look however you want it to be.
You don’t have to be a powerlifter, bodybuilder or runner and that’s it. You can do it all, you can shift focuses depending on seasons or goals. You can do whatever it takes to keep loving training.
I’m happy now to be working with whoever wants to be the best they can be in a way that makes this process as enjoyable as possible.
