Weekly Check-In

  • Recreational Athletes. Training for performance is a hobby. That doesn’t mean we don’t take it seriously. I work with people looking to reach their performance goals. Whether that be taking their strength & physique to the next level, complete endurance events or improve sports performance.

  • I help people remotely to define a plan around their training history, preferences and timeframes. Results are synonymous with training for performance.

    As we work, adjustments are made collaboratively through weekly check-ins to ensure that the training process is always in-line with your capabilities, lifestyle and preferences.

  • Once you enquire, we have a call to chat about your goals and define how coaching can help you.

    We’ll then have an initial consult to hash out the specifics of your goals, how to achieve them and the details of your first program.
