WHAT THIS IS

This is a 12-week peaking program.
You’ll prepare for strength and/or conditioning goals (listed below), with a hard test date of November 29.

This is open to clients irrespective of location.

If you’re able to attend in-person there will be an in-person Testing Day with a gym and track component.
If you’re not, the process stays the same, you’ll just test wherever you are.

WHAT YOU CAN TEST

CHOOSE YOUR OWN STRENGTH AND/OR CONDITIONING COMBO

OPTIONS:

  • Squat (High Bar, Low Bar, Front, SSB)

  • Bench (Paused or Touch & Go)

  • Deadlift (Sumo, Conventional, or RDL)

  • Overhead Press

  • Chin/Pull Ups (1RM / 3RM / 5RM)

  • Dips (1RM / 3RM / 5RM)

  • 1.6km or 5km Run

EXAMPLES:

  • 1RM Deadlift + 1.6km Run (Mile)

  • Squat, Bench & Deadlift to Powerlifting Standards

  • 1RM Bench, 5RM Pull Up & 5km

  • Any other combination of the movements on the left. If you are unsure, we can determine what would work best for you during the initial consult.

WHAT YOU GET

  • We’ll kick things off with a 1:1 Zoom or phone consult to define what you’ll be testing for and to collect any relevant information. From there, I’ll design an individualised program that is built around your goals, equipment availability, lifestyle & preferences.

    The 12-weeks will be made up of a 5-Week Block, 6-Week Block and a 1-Week Taper into “TESTING DAY”.

  • Each week, you’ll receive a personalised Loom video covering your training week, lifting technique, progress markers, and nutrition habits so you know exactly where you’re at and what to focus on.

  • You’ll have direct WhatsApp access for daily support and feedback. At the end of each training block, we’ll connect for an individual Zoom or phone review call to review and refine your approach. We’ll also get in touch for a strategy call where I discuss how we’ll approach your “TESTING DAY”.

  • Join a weekly live group call diving into relevant, practical topics chosen either by me or by the group. It’s a chance to learn, ask questions, and stay engaged with others on the same path.

  • Get access to a library of educational videos that cover what I deem to be the most important topics surrounding training, nutrition and how to stay consistent for life.

THE COST + IMPORTANT INFO

  • $55AUD/Week for 12 Weeks

    • This is a 20% Discount on my standard Online Coaching rate.

  • The program starts on Monday September 9.

    • You will receive your program before the start date.

  • The Testing Day will be held on November 29.

    • If you are completing the testing day remotely, this date can be modified slightly.

  • Cut-off for Sign-Up: Wednesday September 3.
